Jeremy Hamilton

Before co-founding Horizon, Jeremy built a career in planning and corporate communications. He leads our crematorium operations and acquisitions, alongside a focus on planning and development – all designed to make sure our facilities provide the highest levels of care.

Stephen Byfield

Stephen co-founded Horizon after running a multi-site consultancy business for 25 years. He now leads our work across England – identifying potential sites, guiding applications, and making sure every Horizon crematorium reflects local need.

Finance Director

Andy Wylie

Andy is a Chartered Accountant with experience across audit, banking, and industry. He oversees Horizon’s financial management – including compliance, forecasting and performance – so the business remains stable and sustainable.

Andy Wylie is an ICAS qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined Horizon after working as a Senior Finance Manager at Spirit AeroSystems. Andy previously worked at various levels within Audit at KPMG and within the Finance department at CYBG (Virgin Money).

Andy is the Head of Finance at Horizon and oversees all Financial aspects of the business, including reporting & analysis of operational performance, forecasting, compliance and treasury.
