Our Crematoriums

Each Horizon crematorium is shaped by its surroundings, and the needs of the local community.

Clyde Coast & Garnock Valley

Dalry, North Ayrshire

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, this crematorium offers views of Arran from the cemetery hall window. Built in a traditional architectural style, and with internal fittings made from local materials, the crematorium is run by a team offering exceptional care to North Ayrshire families.

The Hurlet

Glasgow South/East Renfrewshire

On Glasgow’s southern edge, this facility serves families across Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and South Lanarkshire. Light-filled, modern, and surrounded by open countryside – The Hurlet meets the needs of a diverse urban region.

Cannock Chase

Staffordshire

This crematorium brings high-quality provision to a previously underserved area. On the site of a former open-cast coal mine, the architecture echoes the region’s industrial heritage.   The site is run by a dedicated team and home to memorial gardens open all year round.

South Leicestershire

Countesthorpe/South Leicestershire

Located at the northern end of Countesthorpe, this crematorium became part of Horizon Cremation in 2025. It offers contemporary facilities in tranquil rural surroundings, with views over the Leicestershire countryside and staff service second to none.

Kirkleatham

Tees Valley

A purpose-built crematorium between Kirkleatham and Yearby. Modern, peaceful, and set in rural countryside overlooked by the Cleveland Hills. Kirkleatham became part of Horizon Cremation in 2025.

Future Developments

Many parts of the United Kingdom do not have enough crematorium provision. Existing facilities often struggle to cope, and families can feel let down at an already difficult time.

There is a better way. We offer families an exceptional level of care and support – while alleviating the distress that comes with a lack of provision.

Planning permission is granted and we will begin construction in 2026 bringing a much-needed facility for families in Surrey.
